Full-house and room-by-room renovations across Manchester and Salford. We strip back to brick where it needs it, level uneven floors, replaster tired ceilings and re-run first-fix services so the finished house works properly — not just looks tidy in photos.
Most of our renovation clients live in 1900s to 1960s housing stock. That means lath-and-plaster ceilings, single-skin extensions added in the 80s, asbestos artex and chimney breasts that were knocked through without a structural beam. We unpick that history carefully and rebuild it to current standards, so the next owner inherits a solid house, not a hidden problem.
