Single-plot and small-development new builds across Manchester, Salford and Trafford. We work from the architect's pack through groundworks, superstructure and full fit-out, handing over a watertight, snagged home ready for occupation.
Our new-build work runs from one-off self-build homes on infill plots to small terraces of two to six houses. We handle the lot — site set-up, drainage, foundations, ground-floor slab, traditional or timber-frame superstructure, roofing, render and brick skin, first and second fix, and final landscaping. NHBC and equivalent warranty inspections are managed from our office.
