We design and build single-storey, double-storey and wrap-around extensions across Manchester, Eccles and Trafford. Most of our extension work is on Victorian terraces, 1930s semis and post-war stock — homes where every job needs steel beams sized properly and the new brickwork matched to existing courses.
From the first measure-up to handover, the same Boardman team manages your extension: foundations, brickwork, steels, roofing, plastering and second-fix joinery. We work directly with structural engineers and Salford / Manchester / Trafford Building Control so you have one point of contact for the whole programme, not five subcontractors arguing over scope.
